Forest Park School is a very special place which provides for children aged 2-19 with moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties. The school is based on two sites, one mile apart. We have a team of dedicated, talented and skilled professionals who provide a child centered approach which is flexible and responsive to individual needs. Midday Supervisory Assistants Required

 

Job Start Date: TBC 

Contract/Hours: Permanent , Part-time

Salary Type: Support Staff

Salary Details: A Grade

Salary Pro-Rata: £3,179.00

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 11.45am to 1.15pm, Term time only

Job/Person Summary

 

Forest Park is a Special School in Totton. We are a split site school, you may be required to work on either site. We are in need of midday supervisors to help our children with physical disabilities and learning difficulties eat their lunch and to supervise their playtime afterwards. 

 

You will be required to work between 11.45am - 1.15pm daily which is 7.5 hours per week. Term Time only.

The position is to start as soon as possible after the appropriate safeguarding checks.

Co- opted Governor

We currently have a vacancy for a co-opted Governor. This cannot be a parent or member of staff at the school.

The main requirements are attending 6 meetings per year (usually evenings) and having some flexibility to visit school during it open hours. Most importantly, to want to help children get the best out of life.
